Refund policy

As a small family-owned business we put our heart in every item we make and ship, so you can wear it knowing that it was made with love.

If we sent you a wrong item or it was damaged or faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund or exchange.

We accept returns subject to fulfillment of the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc.
- The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Ordered wrong size?

We highly recommend thoroughly checking the size chart of each item you want to order before completing the purchase. As a made-to-order company, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for the incorrect size. W
